Oskillo Studio’s website (https://oskillo.com) and all studio rental,
podcast recording, video production, photography, and related services offered by us in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "We", "Us", "Our" means Oskillo Studio, operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
- "You", "Client" means any individual, brand, company, agency, or representative using our website or services.
- "Services" means studio rental, podcast recording, video and audio production, live streaming, photography, editing, consulting, or any related offerings.
- "Premises" means our physical studio, sets, equipment and common areas under our control.
2. Eligibility & Account Information
- You must be at least 18 years old to sign agreements and make bookings on behalf of yourself or an organisation.
- You confirm that all information shared with us (name, company details, billing information, GST details, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
- If you are booking on behalf of a brand, company or agency, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
3. Studio Bookings & Confirmations
- All bookings are subject to slot availability and written confirmation from Oskillo Studio (via email, WhatsApp or invoice).
- We may require a booking advance / security deposit to hold your date and time. Unpaid tentative holds may be released without notice.
- Final booking details (timings, crew size, set requirements, equipment list, add-on services) must be confirmed at least 24–48 hours before the shoot, depending on the scale of the project.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if we believe the content may be illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful to our brand or staff.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
- Rates may vary based on scope of work, duration, crew size, equipment usage, set design, editing requirements and any add-on services.
- All prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), unless specifically mentioned.
- Payment terms (advance amount, payment milestones and due dates) will be communicated in your quotation or invoice and must be honoured.
- Full and cleared payment is typically required on or before the shoot day or as per the agreed milestone plan.
- Any additional hours, equipment, props, or last-minute changes requested during the shoot may be chargeable separately.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- You may request to reschedule your booking subject to availability and our written approval.
- Cancellations and reschedules may attract fees based on the notice period:
- More than 72 hours before the booking – minimal or no fee, depending on actual costs already incurred.
- Between 24–72 hours – partial retention of advance or reschedule fee may apply.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show – we may retain up to 100% of the advance and charge for resources blocked.
- Any external vendors booked on your behalf (e.g., make-up, artists, rentals) may have their own cancellation policies, which will be passed on to you.
6. Use of Studio Premises & Equipment
- You agree to use the premises and equipment in a safe, professional and respectful manner.
- You are responsible for the conduct of your team, guests, cast, crew and visitors during the booking.
- Damage to property, equipment, furniture, fixtures, sets or common areas caused by you or your team may be chargeable at repair or replacement cost, in addition to any downtime losses.
- Alcohol, smoking, hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons or any activity that violates local laws are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
- We may monitor the premises through CCTV for security and operational reasons.
7. Content, Permissions & Intellectual Property
- Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, you own the final edited content (video, audio, photos) created for you once all dues are fully paid.
- All raw project files, working project files and internal templates generally remain the intellectual property of Oskillo Studio, unless separately purchased or contracted.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for:
- Any third-party music, footage, images, brand logos or copyrighted material used in your content.
- Appearance rights, consent and releases from guests, models, speakers or performers.
- Oskillo Studio is not liable for copyright strikes, takedowns, or claims arising on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Instagram or others due to material provided or approved by you.
- With your consent (verbal or written), we may use short clips, behind-the-scenes footage or stills from your shoot solely for our portfolio, showreel and marketing, without disclosing any confidential or sensitive information.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to keep your scripts, drafts, unreleased content and business information confidential.
- Our use of your personal data (such as name, email, phone number and project details) is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You agree not to share or publish any confidential information related to our internal processes, pricing, staff or other clients without our written consent.
9. Website Usage & Online Content
- The content on https://oskillo.com including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos and layout is protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or commercially use our website content without our prior written permission.
- Information shared on the website (pricing, packages, availability, technical details) is for general guidance and may change without prior notice.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oskillo Studio, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of:
- Content created at your direction, including any infringement, defamation, or privacy violations.
- Violation of these Terms by you or your team.
- Any misuse of the premises, equipment or services.
13. Local Laws, Jurisdiction & Compliance
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with specific reference to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Any disputes, claims or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state and national laws while using our premises and services.
